Queensland X-Ray has secured sole occupancy of the prominent freehold medical property at 89 Tingal Road, Wynnum, following the successful completion of an off-market leasing transaction by RWC Medical.

The deal sees the leading diagnostic imaging provider commit to a long-term tenancy within the 933 sqm purpose-built facility, which occupies a 1,204 sqm corner landholding and includes 30 secure basement car parks. The transaction was negotiated off-market by Franz Stapelberg and Nicolas Milner of RWC Medical, who leveraged the agency’s extensive healthcare network to directly engage suitable operators.

This targeted and confidential approach enabled an efficient leasing process and resulted in Queensland X-Ray—part of an ASX-listed healthcare group—being secured as the sole occupier of the asset.

The appointment of a national, blue-chip medical operator significantly strengthens the investment profile of the property, delivering long-term income security while positioning the asset for future value uplift. Demand for medically capable accommodation continues to accelerate across Brisbane, particularly within established suburban catchments such as Wynnum, where population growth and healthcare service demand remain strong.
